Only for Fish Lovers. Also known as Vaidhyar's Restaurant. Variety fish dishes, really authentic taste, more than 40 years. Man behind this special fish dishes is 'Vaidhyar'. Basically an Ayurvedic doctor.

It was a huge turn off compared to when I visited the place 5-6 years back. Price wise, very reasonable but taste is nothing compared to what it used to be. The prawns curry was better among the lot.

There was good food. The sea foods were especially good. And a totally peaceful environment

It's a paradise for a South Indian seafood lover.. don't expect a cozy place.. it's a small hotel.. They have a variety of fish fries, kakka, prawns, lobster.. Inform them early if your group has 20+ persons.. they will arrange the food in another place nearby which I think is more spacious and comfortable and they do take bulk order as well Paathiramanal island( bird sanctuary) is about 2-3km from there

Unfortunately the food we got( crab fry) they didn't even bother to heat up and porotta was like a rubber sheet, sorry it's just not worth

This place will take you to back to the old times. Small place, very limited seats. Tasty food (traditional kerala style) worth the money paid. Best time to visit would be after 1 pm. Majority- Seafood varieties. Friendly people. Definitely worth visiting once

Are you a fish lover this is a must visit place the only problem I felt need to clean and spacious but they have a option to seat there home near by
