Room service is pathetic, you have to call at least 5 times for your requirement. It is not like a specific requirement it is everytime.

Very Luxury hotel in the area, rooms are very well maintained, staaf & room service is also good .

Very good to stay at Panipat. This hotel is very near to Jammu Delhi National High Way. Staffs are well behaved. Room service available. It has Restaurant. Foods are delicious.

It is a very nice property, the rooms are also very good, the food is also very good, I really enjoyed taking the room.

The rooms were damb and not clean. The bedsheets were not washed properly. Washrooms had a pathetic smell.

Location is close to Bus stand Panipat. Rooms are not so clean, no air ventilation available in room, no windows. AC is available.

Mixed Feelings. Given the fact that it's a budget stay next to Bus Stand and probably nearest to every other place in panipat, this seems to be the choice. It's most at the most a one night stay place in case of some emergency, or if you are a part of a marriage function - and your place is booked here. It's manageable. The reception is almost out of sight out of mind most of the time. Many of there rooms have no proper ventilation, and moulds in bathroom. There linens were similar to what we get in Tent House, but a bit clean. We had to ask for extra comforter, as the one that was in room was only for a single person - and barely thick. They gave us a used one, that was with one of there guest probably couple of minutes ago - and it smelled. There were no inclusive water bottles in the room, and we had to ask for it - repetitively. There were mosquitoes, but we got the All Out, atleast. They have external parking space, which is shared with all the offices nearby, but atleast it's not on the main road. 2 stars for clean bathrooms and hot water supply.
