Hotel SM Deccan Park - Hotel in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Very bad hotel. The toilet plastic seat was not fixed, the flush was not working, even after the complaint. Rooms are not clean and the bedsheet and pillow cover looks like it has not changed. The towel was torn. Except for the location I don't see anything good in the hotel. The early morning cab was also denied by the hotel even after confirmation in the night again. If someone has urgency better don't depend on hotel staff commitment. I could get Ola and catch my flight.

Had a great experience at this hotel during my recent stay here. I was actually forced to stay here as the hotel I had booked(Hotel Lake View Airport Zone) refused to acknowledge my booking through Agoda. I stayed here for 3 nights. I was a little hesitant to go for this hotel after reading few of the negative reviews. But I decided to go for it as I had no choice. The room I was given was very well maintained. AC was working well. Bathroom was also very clean with all the necessary toiletries. Room cleaning service was also done well over all 3 days. Parking as well is done nicely. There is space underground for parking and also in front of the hotel. The only small gripe I had was when I tried calling room service to order some food on one of the mornings I got no response from them. Tried calling them 3-4 times and then gave up. While it's definitely a negative, my overall experience was good. So definitely would recommend this place. As for the location, it is quite near the airport and it has lot of food eateries nearby like Paradise (Wouldn't recommend. Extremely poor quality), Bawarchi and many other joints.

Rooms lack basic facilities, no intercom to connect to reception, AC does not work and maybe I was unfortunate to get a torn towel as well, service levels may be decided from an example ie they do not serve bed tea before 8 am, location is good as it is close to the airport

We booked this hotel as it is close to the airport and we had an early morning flight to catch. However, at the reception, they rudely informed us that the rooms cannot be given as one of us carried a 'local' address. When i asked for the policy they said that the policy is not yet "made". It was a very bitter experience that i experienced ever in my life. It's only after knowing our job portfolio that they started apologizing and offering me the room. The attitude of the reception staff was very rude and impolite.

Food is not that good. Felt unhygienic. Location is good. Service is also good.

Positive: Nothing other than location Negative: I received a room. There are cockroaches under the bed and mattress. Went and asked to change the room. They did. New room didnA?t have cockroaches but dirty. They gave us a single towel for two people

It was nice experience with hotel SM DECCAN PARK. Staff is cooperative, neat and clean place, good maintained property and near to Hyderabad airport. one can find nice food and easy transportation.

Very good hotel. Very nice service, neat and clean. Food is good. Room service also great. Nothing to say else. Go for it. You won't regret . I stayed 4 days.
