He refused to give me room inspite of a tele confirmation recieved from the numbers mentioned on the Google map. don't trust these people with any bookings they may refuse any time. No coordination between desk. I had to face a akeard situation in midnight.
Service was not good. Towels given were not clean and washroom was not cleaned up properly before alloting the room. One of the restaurants where dinner was arranged for a day, (restaurant where they have tie up) seemed very unhygienic had requested them to suggest other restaurant. (This was not tie up restaurant)
Service was good.They provide complimentary Breakfast till 10am which is tasty and nutritious.The ambience of lifts and Stairs is fantastic.There is car parking available.The illumination within rooms is fantastic.AC was functioning properly.It is good for decent stay at affordable price nearby Vadodara station.There are lot of eatery outside surrounding the hotel. Twin sharing single bed and double bed are available here.There was wardrobe for clothes,Shoe rack and separate drawers.Walkable distance f ok Vadodara station.
Nice and gentle Service location is very near to railway station, many restaurants available near to hotel staff behaviour is good room service is really fast I recommend to stay here couple friendly hotel safety wise and location wise I recommend this hotel
This hotel is big Zero in term of its basic services like hot water for shower, wifi, power backup, hospitality. They have many excuses ready for its pathetic services. Pls do double/tripple check on above mentioned points before do booking and check in. If u do this without check your money will be wasted as they are not willing to refund also.
