This is one of the best hotel in surat near railway station and centre of city. The hotel I stayed in was truly a delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. I liked the manners of the receptionist. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable and I got a good night's rest. Overall, my experience at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. And the Architecture is so good.
Worst staff..worst room service. They show you something else and give you something else..I would never recommend anyone to book room in this hotel..

Place and ambience was okay but few rooms have small bathroom, hotel prices are negotiable and the staff at the reception helps you with that and other necessities. Room servicing was there on dial too. This place is just in front of railway station, that's the plus point as we could catch our train in time thanks to that!
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN SURAT JUST OPP. FROM RAILWAY STATION AND CENTER OF CITY. TRANSPORTATION IS ALL WAYS AVAILABLE IN THE ENTRANCE OF HOTEL. AND FOOD IS EXCELLENT, STAFF IS TOO CO-OPERATIVE AND THE WINDOW VIEW IS SO AMAZING I AM FULLY SATISFY WITH THIS HOTEL.

Receptionist and manager is very rude, they will do fraud with you if you pay online. Will take payment twice from you and won't refund.
