Worst experience with the staff, behave like they are goons of UP. Not at all friendly. There are so many better options. Behaviour of the receptionist is like they are providing rooms for free even those free room services would be better than such cheap behaviour of the staff and manager.
Worst hotel in whole bhopal... staff is very unresponsive and treat as they are only the one here who provide shelter... i suggest everyone to never visit this hotel... and don't trust the reviews with 4-5 stars as they r probably there own staff. Near Railway station Rani Kamlapati, price is high for one or two people..but not bad for 3. They can provide mattress and blanket for 3rd person as well. Good staff behaviour, lift is available. I Didn't stay in day time so I don't know about that time but night time was very quiet. And TV doesn't work. Hope you find it helpful. Happy journey.
The behavior of staff was unfriendly Also the cleaning and ambience was not up to the mark. AC was not working properly most of the time. However it became functional after repeated calls to reception.

Horrible experience. There is no hot water provided in the late night. They don't allow the outside food And what I have seen the first day while in the lift that they provide less quantity of food. They don't provide the drinking water of RO. The taste of water to drink was bad in taste. Cockroach are travelling here and there in the room. The charges are high so it's best option to take hotel in nearby place near Rani Kamalapati station. The bed sheet is full of stains..
