Hotel Sky Rich International - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

Great experience for two American travelers. This was our first hotel in India and worked great as a home base in Delhi. Clean rooms, reasonable rate, and attentive service.

Average experience. Location is good. The room we were given was clean but very old. Floor, comid, basin all have yellow stains. Also in one wall there was a dent. Don't book by the grren colour room photo given in booking sites. But they allowed us 3 hour early checkin without extra charge.

Location is very good of the hotel. Right in the middle of the karol bagh market. The metro station is walkable distance. All the shops are nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite big as compared to other hotels. Food price was not that high and taste was good of the food which I ordered. The price of the hotel was a bit on the higher side. I had a good time out there.

Stayed here for two nights on a recent trip to Delhi. I booked through an online app after looking at the rosy images of the property. However, on arrival I was given a room which was done up like 20 years back, including the toilets. There was plaster falling off the walls at some places. On protesting, I was told that it was the only room which was vacant. It was 10 in the night, so I had no other option but to take it. Next day, same story. They said they had no other rooms. Luckily, I had paid for only one night through the app, so I told them I'm leaving and finding another hotel. That's when the manager intervened and asked the staff to show another room (which was a renovated one, and probably empty all the time), and I shifted there. Moral of the story: I had heard of a saying "Delhi ke Thag", but this was me, experiencing it. My comments: If you're a walk in, look at the room, confirm the price, and stay. i recently stayed at hotel karol bagh and was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly behavior of the staff. the rooms were well-maintained and spotless, offering a comfortable and hygienic environment. the staff members were attentive, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. while breakfast options could be more diverse and some modernization in decor would be beneficial, i recommend hotel karol bagh for its clean rooms and attentive service.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel staff is good. Paratha was good. Room wasn't clean. Some corners were dirty and the flooring had broken as well. Located in Karol Bagh. Close to India gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan. You have a market within 200 Mts. There are Udupi and saravanabhavan veg restaurants within half a kilometer

One of the best experience in this hotel . The room service people is very kind and friendly. The main things about this hotel is that they provide a good environment and security too.

We had a decent stay. The staffs were friendly and helpful. But the restaurant staff sounded little impolite to me. However, I think they should change the duvet cover, but it's a good choice if you want to stay around Karol Bagh. Would recommend.
