The hotel is close to the Kannur international airport & in the middle of the Mattanur town. The rooms are pretty comfortable with basic amenities. The hotel has a bar which seems to be a place of large footfall. The bar seemed very simple with limited menu. Stay here if you come to Mattanur. !!
I am writing only about the Skypark Bar. Limited menu but very efficient service. Food is tasty and quantity is good. The open air sitting gets a little hot during day time , try the AC section instead. Liquor is on "pegs on the table system" and you need to carry in your own mixers if u need.
Didn't expect such a good hotel in Mattanur. Clean rooms, prime location, pleasant stay

This is the only budget, ok to stay hotel at Mattanur, Kerala. It's place where Kannur airport is located. If there were other hotels I would have definitely chosen those. Staff behaviour at skypark is not good. It's bar attached with all locals, so people coming with family be careful. About cleanliness and room condition, iam satisfied with those.
Their services were good. But it was a stinky room. Insufficient water supply to the washroom. Luckily just had to stay for one night. They had awesome complimentary breakfast. Food was good.
service is poor in bar as usual in Kerala. Noisy , unclean table clothe, small low quality beer glass. I'm curios to study the mentality of owners of the bars in Kerala. They invest lot of money to build and maintain the hotel but cant afford basic stuff like ,nice glass, cleanliness,etc ?. no clue
