Hotel SKS Grand Palace - Hotel in Vrindavan, Isapur Khadar - Mathura, India

It's a really good place to arrange any marriage function or any other function big or small any. There is a ground with stage and covered hall for marriage. And one hall for smaller function but enough large and very decorative and beautiful but it can't be found from outside as it was hide due to poor architecture arrangement. It must to build in front of road while the hall build inside it which hide that there is something best like it in mathura to arrange function. You must visit it and best for your any function. Just service to improve like washrooms were too dirty without any maintenance.

This hotel is clean, and the staff is highly cooperative, deserving a 5-star rating. While the food may not be exceptional and costly also. The hotel is not in close proximity to tourist attractions, but it's not too far either. Do note that there is a daily charge for one-way auto transportation, typically ranging between 150 to 200 Rs for tourist spots, depending on the number of travelers.

Best hotel in Mathura, good rooms, cleanliness and hospitality. Food at their restaurant is very good. Very polite staff members. Overall we had wonderful experience. Thanks SKS for making our trip memorable.

Hotel is located at a good location and shares a good connectivity with both vrindavan and mathura. Rooms were near and clean and staff was good.The only point which I think needs improvement is their breakfast menu which is quite limited. In all hotel is good and it is recommended for darshanarthis. We took a night halt for vrindavan darshan . A perfect pit stop for family.

I traveled with my family and had an excellent experience.The staff is superbly cooperative, friendly and professional.Everyone from gaurd,Bell boy to Reception people are amazing. I am glad we chose to stay in this hotel.Our trip to vrindavan couldn't be better with SKS Grand hotel. Location It's on the Vrindavan-Mathura highway, 7kms from Vrindavan. It is not an advantageous point for people who intend to travel to Vrindavan more than once in a day. The return journey from Vrindavan to this place is a nightmare if you want to book an e-rickshaw just for yourself. They are ready to loot you at any cost. Service Not at all at part with the rates they charge. My wife and I have a special requirement of an extra bed sheet when we check in. We were asked one hundred questions to justify our requirement. I am sure we wouldn't have got one unless Shikha from Front Desk intervened. She is the only glimmer of hope in this place. Breakfast: The same breakfast is served everyday. My wife had a bitter experience after she requested for some freshly made pooris. It was a major disappointing experience. Although the guy served them, he was shouted at by his coworker for even entertaining her request. I am lifelong membership of the Marriott group, but never ever faced such rude hospitality at a hotel. Again Shikha had to intervene. Room: The room is designed well, however the AC in the room we checked in originally was continuously leaking water inside the room. They need to check all rooms which has this issue. Overall: Not a happy campaign. They really need to train their staff on hospitality and courteousness.

My personal experience was too good and I suggest you all to go there. Things were excellent and service was too good. Staff was friendly and sweet. Best hotel I ever find in Mathura vridhavan. Hotel is luxury and fantastic. Food was tasty and fantastic There service was fast. Everythings were on time. Location was too good for darshan yatri. I short hotel was fantastic

Pathetic & rude staff.. poor services.. have no sense of accountability & ownership.. haven't had an experience worse than this.. So we stayed here for 2 days on 18th & 19th August.. & my 8 year old left his footwear in 1 of the rooms we booked.. our mistake.. on 22nd of August I called the hotel to check if the sandals were left behind after we couldn't find them after unpacking.. the lady at the reception kept me on hold for 5 minutes & confirmed that they were with them.. I asked them that they could have called us to inform that the sandals were left behind so that we could have collected them then n there.. to which the lady lied that they tried contacting us but we dint pick the call.. truth is we got a call from them in like minutes after we checked out to deposit our room keys which we had forgotten at the time of check out & we immediately rushed back & deposited it back.. but as per them when they tried contacting us for the stuff we had left behind we dint pick the call.. I mean the staff are so well trained at speaking lies at your face that I am amazed.. then for 15 days I kept pestering them to courier it back at my address to which they replied that the staff who is in charge of all this is on leave.. after a week again i called & this time was told that they'll do it after rakshabandhan which is on 31st August.. then i called them 2 days after rakshabandhan to be told that they haven't done it because I haven't paid the courier charges yet.. I asked them the details as to where to deposit the courier amount to which I was asked to wait.. in between also I made 2-3 calls & wasn't given any proper response & yes that usual rhetoric that we tried calling you but you dint pick up.. I am just stunned at their capacity of speaking white lies at your face.. finally on 8th of September I got a call from a guy claiming to be an employee & told me to UPI the courier charges at his number which I immediately did.. & today after 6 days still no clue of the parcel.. so thought of writing a Google review this time & hoping it might have an impact.. P.S. The rooms were lacking in hygiene & bed & bath linen was torn.
