Worst hotel i have ever been to. It's equivalent to a dharmshala not a hotel. They show old good photos with worst services and worst rooms. The rooms are having water dripping from the walls. Acs dont work and on calling to correct the situation they say they cant do it go and find another hotel. They take advance for booking but when you reach their they dont have rooms cleaned even not even a single room cleaned despite of calling them an hour before reaching to prepare the rooms. WORSTT HOTEL DONT BOOK IT THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS.

The worst Hotel i ever visited, no maintenance, lift wast not working during our stay, electricity fluctuation happened every time , they have genset backup but its mannual, Google shows its 4 star but it doesn't deserve 1 star .. some of the staff ( service staff) is very aurogant, i don't remember his name but he doesn't have manners how to speak with gust , very rude behaviour with guest. Ill never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are fine but service is too bad. We literally had to call 7 times for 1 water bottle and also we rented the room for 3000 but next day they started an argument with us asking for 5000 for a single night. They destroyed our family trip by creating a scene there.

This is a worst hotel. Very much congestion on the road outside the hotel. Service was very poor toilet seats, taps of toilet were loose getting detached even they did not provided toilet needs. The biggest issue was of water in toilets. There were no water supply for all days. It's better to stay in dharmshala rather than to choose this hotel. Not value for money. Outside looks luxury but inside very poor condition. Moisture in rooms. No balcony, no view and windows can not open because other rooms windows very close so no privacy.

The worst hotel to stay.. ridiculous place ,bathroom no soap, unclean rooms, ac not functioning properly.

My experience at SKI was horrible. Rooms conditions was very bad, rooms were smelly and dirty. No geisure, tissue rolls, hand wash solution were provided. TV was not in operating condition. On next day we changed the room, we found the condition even worse. Even water was not available in wash room. We used common wash rooms available nearby to reception and dinning area for toilet. In such situation we could not able to bath. The staff is highly unprofessional. Big issue with parking space. Water in Swimming pool is smelly and it appears it haven't used since long (but while booking room they ensured pool is in operating condition). This place is not good for family gathering. Peoples were playing musics late night on the roof top till late night (2 AM). You cant sleep. Overall my experience at SKI is like hell. Worst condition. No amenities provided

Staff is highly unprofessional. They give only value to money. No TV, Wifi, parking space, waters in washroom, tissue rolls, etc. I am surprised how they counted themselves in 4 star hotel. This place is waste of money. It is highly disappointing to see ppls in nearby room enjoying their parties, making noise and having uncivilized conversations late night (This is all happening 3 am in night).Despite several complaints at reception there is no catch on them. This is pathetic to see all this happening in 4 star hotel. I visited this place with my mom, sister and wife. This is really a bad experience. Room's condition is also disappointing. To me this is a never visit place.

Average experience Rooms are different according to the prices. My Washrooms don't have proper ventilation Very smelly Room is big but curtains are shorts If you want to sleep in noon then you can't because of short curtains. Property need maintenance Staff is very good and well behaved On time service Food is also good They have cafe and rooftop dining also Try it once
