The hotel denied an online pre-booking by providing the rooms to offline booking at higher cost, and claimed that no online booking is made, without even looking at their system, leaving my family, with kids , stranded out at midnight, with no care or concern. There is no sympathy with such a mistake of theirs and cared less for the kids on a rainy night! I would never opt for this hotel again for their unethical business standard and poor customer service!
This is the worst hotel in Mysore. The hotel owner and their staff is arrogant. Doesn't care if you have facing any problem inside the hotel. Rating out of 5 Look - 3 Location - 4.5 Hospitality - 2 Food - 3 Now coming to rooms. I will give it minus since the rooms they provided us is worst i guess those rooms were a spare which the hotel staff used. The rooms have windows but a wall with no view. The walls are dirty with cobwebs. No amenities nothing at all. TV is just for show. Doesn't work. I even saw cockroaches roaming around in the room. Wash room is horrible. Door has some problem you cannot close it properly. The pillow cover are all yellowish color. Which i disliked the most. The room has some kind of weird smell of dampness. Nothing is organised in the hotel. The owner doesn't pick up the call if you have any issues or facing any kind of problem with the hotel. NOTE: the owner is totally money minded. Doesn't care about their customers. Even threaten you for it. So please be careful if you are staying or thinking of booking this hotel.
Except location we didn't found anything attractive and worthy. If you have your own viecle so better you pick other option. You will get good location with the hotel which allow you to try multiple food option and bit Night walk if you are interested.
This is the worst hotel you will get in Mysore. Don't get fooled by the picture shown, the reality is too bad. No WATER, No Telivision, No facilities provided as mentioned in the booking site. People in the hotel didn't care to bother about our problem. Rooms are very untidy and unbearable to stay. Better avoid this hotel.
Pathetic is not even a word to describe this place. I waited a week before I could write a review thinking that I would have time to rethink and not write very harsh things about the hotel but even after one entire week my tone for the hotel and its pathetic service hasn't changed. Very poorly kept rooms, they don't even provide drinking water even after repeatedly asking for it, service and people are horrible. They keep saying yes yes all the way over the phone but never finish the task assigned! Such a worthless place to stay and for 1500 INR it's the worst option available. DO NOT STAY HERE
Never select this hotel for stay.it's pathetic.AC won't work in any rooms.no remote for ACbed sheets changed after multiple requests..not maintained well..
