Hotel Siva's Cafe - Vegetarian restaurant in Arappanacheri - Kanchipuram, India

We visited this place in the evening. Their coffee was too good. We tried Kanchipuram special Kovil idly and it was very tasty along with the side dishes provided by them. The highlight was their podi with sesame oil. We further orders keerai vadai and bonda. The bonda was different from the usual one. Goes very well with coconut chutney provided by them. One who visits kanchipuram must taste this cafe's keerai vadai. It was Made very fresh. The flavours of keerai vadai will steal your heart for sure. The perfect balance was maintained by combining keerai ( Spinach) and urid dhal at a perfect ratio. Became my fav food spot at kachipuram

It's located very near to Varadaraja Swamy Temple. Taste is very good. Don't go for Tiffin Combo. You get very limited quantity in Combo. Just order whatever you wish to eat. Ambience is good. Cleanliness is top notch . Food is good. They serve all vegetarian dishes. Only down side is they hesitate to give more chutney. Service is ok. Please note that prices mentioned in the attached Menu have increased.

It's completely a pure veg restaurant..it's near varatharaja perumal temple. The food is good and they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rate are reasonable and they hotel is started very long back. It's near the bus stop. Good parking space is also available. Cash as well gpay is there. Dine and take away is also there.

The food was ok, not the best !! The restaurant was not very busy at the time we were there but our simple order took 30 minutes to come . We ordered 2 different Currys, and both tested almost the same . The Naan felt like half cooked inside and outside like a butter chapathi made with maida. Kovil idle is nice for plate they only give 1 . Overall, I'm not satisfied with the food, it's average only !! It's not worth the price of what I felt!!

Good food and good atmosphere. But the service people must have some concentration on the customer. I went here 2 times but both times the service persons had some chaos in delivering the food for the table rest of the thing is good. And the ambiance and atmosphere are so good. Have a tight parking area.

The food tastes good and the price is also normal. When we talk about the atmosphere, it's an A/C restaurant and they also provide Fan for air circulation, but the main problem is "fly". Too much flies in the entire restaurant. When I asked about the Insect killer machine which had to be installed in the restaurant for a minimum of 5 numbers, i didn't get a proper response and the response was also rude. They had only 2 machines, in which one is placed in the kitchen and another one near the bill counter (Useless). Service is also late. We just ordered one Gobi Manchurian, one veg briyani with chilly parota, but it was served after 40mins. (No update even when we ask)
