It is shown as 3 star hotel on internet. And also there were good reviews . But it seems all are fake reviews . Hotel condition is really pathetic . It is not even 1 star hotel. I have booked their executive room which was most expensive room but the condition of room was worst. We literally had to ask them that are they sure that it was executive room .. It was my bad luck that it was non refundable booking .It is best for you if only boys are going and want some cheap hotel but considering family i feel it was not at all good considering rooms and hotel conditions . But I would really advice if you are going with family please think hundred times before booking .
The location is good near to main road and bus stop so easy to travel. Rooms are small (not all) and well furnished. Service is good but it takes time for order since the aligned restaurant other side of the road. Food is good. Also available laundry services but cost is little higher. I stayed for 5 days given complementary breakfast buffet which so good, most of these restaurants not offer. Over all better with all amenities.
No hot water service... Room service was too delay... Need to call reception number of times for service... Too much cost for that room and service
Excellent service, supportive staff, Mr Arif mngr humble man. I like it nd want to visit again. Quite few but excellent option to explore by walk . For vfs global excellent choice to stay 5 min walk in distance Panjgutta metro station adjacent to next Galleria Mall there will be a escalater it will lead you to VFS .. only one suggestion brkfst location should be in the hotel it's dangerous for one plate of brkfst to cross the busy road

Only con is that you have to come out of the building and go to the sitara grand in main road for breakfast and dinner...
Nice Accommodation. Budget friendly. Friendly Hotel staff. Free breakfast was just above average but its ok for this budget. Enjoyed the stay. Located in a heart of the city. Surrounded with shopping areas, Malls and multiplex cinemas. Key important point is NO 4 Wheeler parking available. You have to park your vehicle on the road or somewhere in the lanes. But the securities are very cooperative to guide you. Overall good experience. Recommended.
Neat rooms and locality.
Good experience though not awesome. Staff is good. Restaurant and room service available. No disturbances. Walkable distance to Punjagutta Metro station. Even Ameerpet Metro station is nearby. So I feel OK. Rooms are old but will clean daily. In all rooms TV not functioning. Ask for rooms where TV and AC functioning and check it
Location is good, rooms are good but old. They are expensive too. Complimentary breakfast is good but the dinner is a disaster!
