Hotel Sitara Grand - Miyapur - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Recently we went to Sitara restaurant located at Miyapur for dinner. The food was worst and not at all fresh. They are charging more but not serving the good food. After eating dinner at Sitara, our entire family got stomach upset and we suffered with stomach pain and loose motions for 2 to 3 days.

Don't order food from this hotel through swiggy or zomata, they provide poor quality food in very very less quantity, this happened with me twice and this hotel doesn't allow swiggy or zomato to provide refund for bad quality food. Overall food quality and quantity is bad.

All I can say was the food was hit and miss. Starters are good in veg but the main course of the veg is terrible.

I will not recommend this hotel unless you don't care about what you're getting in return for your money. I have stayed in better hotels for half the price. Well i just stayed few days ago and they charge you more(for my case 1000 rs extra from the online price per day) when you reach hotel without an online booking. Room is okay like any other hotel nothing fancy. Room has stain marks(on floor), no hand wash. Shower doesn't work and use bucket. The sofa chair is old and discoloured and looks bad. Empty minibar and no tea coffee, dairy whitener . For complimentary water they give 100 ml water bottles. Food is good(the paid one). And in the complimentary breakfast is a joke. ( menu items are idli, dosa, pongal, bread jam, juice , serial and egg) . And they call themselves 3 star hotel. Housekeeping is not so prompt. However room service is bcz money. Other staffs are nice but folks at the counter are not so courteous(doesn't mean they behaved badly). I mean visit other 3 star hotel and see how they greet and talk to customers. Reception guy didn't gave my return of 119 rs(out of 10k advance) , which I checked later. And it shows how less the integrity of hotel.

Having hosted one family function recently in this venue, the Overall experience was not that good as far as the food quality, taste and service are concerned. The whole catering team needs to catch up with little professionalism and hygiene while hosting such functions. It wasn't as per the expectations. Definitely needs improvement in respect of veg food quality and hygiene of the serving staff.

One of the worst restaurant in Hyderabad for food . And the manager karunakar is such a irresponsible person even after reporting the chicken biryani which we have ordered 6boxes for my kids bday party was just worst. Thy just sent plain bones in it with biryani no flesh is given. And he is even not bothered to pasify the customer rather talking in harsh voice with me . I would not recommend this hotel for any food ... Worst hotel in Hyderabad.he says tat in biryani we usually given a bird 90%no flesh in it then wt is the point of ordering chicken biryani we can order plain rice and eat .

I wend for dinner and food was splendid. Most recommend if you want quality food at affordable prices. I had egg fried rice, butter chicken and butter garlic nan. Everything was spot on

I visited Sitara Restaurant and bar with friends. Chicken biryani is fine, starters are very bad (more oil, old stock, more salt, or more spicy). Wate of money. Don't ask barer to bring specials. I will suggest to look for any better restart and bar.
