Sitara has really good food. The time when we went there...the AC was too high and the services weren't upto the mark. If they try to pace up the food orders then it'll be great
Expect for location nothing is good Food is taste less resturant wash room very dirty. Rooms r horrible first room offered to me was stinging I shifted to different room ,condition was the same Bedsheets torn Ac does not cools and spreads dust when switch on. Bathroom accessories not complelete No cleaning of rooms done .I left my room key in reception for cleaning it was not cleaned when i reached room at 2030h. Cost for every very high no quality at all Expect for location and reception nothing is proper and clean in thishotel .very dissapointing.
Though we informed check in time it was delayed more than an hour.Guests had to wait at reception, Timelines are not followed as promised. Customer Service was not up to the mark The way treating customer needs to be improved
The other day we went there. Though they do have different sections like for family, drinkers, etc. In their restaurant, there was no one to guide us to an appropriate table. We had to shift n change the table twice. The left over food on the tables remain unattended for longer time. The service is slower than their other competitors. Welcoming attitude is a distant dream for the reception team. You get a blind look from them !
We had drinks here and enjoyed a lot by watching cricket it was one of the best place i recommend
I tried to call them to book rooms for a our marriage party and the receptionist is so rude to provide me the details cut the call on the face and more on questioning me rudely when I tried back to talk to her. now I can except what hospitality would they show if I get into theirs hotel for a stay !! Ridiculous managements
