Hotel Sitara Grand - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

We were at Bar 9 in Sirara, Non Veg food (Chicken) is very bad. Looks like chicken is older than 5 days. It is not at all fresh. When complained.... no one bothered.

Little congested entry to banquet hall. Service of food at event is very bad. They charge close to 1k per ahead, but while serving food, just for namesake they serve little quantity. Starters served at event was cold. One of tap was not working in washroom, so maintenance was not great.

I recently visited it with high hopes of savoring a delicious prawn biryani. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. Not only did the restaurant serve the wrong dish, but the taste was also abysmal. It was a disappointing encounter, to say the least. When my order arrived, I was shocked to discover that instead of the promised prawn biryani, I received a plate of pulav with prawns gravy curry. The mix-up was already off-putting, as I had been eagerly anticipating the flavors of a traditional biryani. However, what made matters worse was the taste itself. The pulav lacked the aromatic spices, fragrant rice, and distinct flavors that make a biryani so special. The prawns were drowned in a thick, unappetizing gravy, overpowering any taste they might have had. The entire dish felt like a hasty attempt to compensate for the incorrect order, rather than a carefully crafted culinary creation. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with indifference and a disheartening response. The manager nonchalantly stated that this was how they serve their prawn biryani, completely dismissing my dissatisfaction. This lack of accountability and customer care left me deeply disappointed.

Yesterday, we went to lunch at this place. Very worst service and the restaurant is not maintained properly. Food taste is very poor. Biryani is worst.

Worst thing we chose this hotel, no hot water, bathrooms issue not working taps properly no response from anyone after complaining no neatness in rooms. Change the service management or staff. The only thing is that restaurant are suggested for visiting.

Service and Housing keeping department is not upto the mark. Function hall is good. Food also fine.

Food taste is not good and quality and quantities are very bad...I hate this hotel...and we spent 5000 rs for waste food...please try to improve food quality and who ever serves the food they don't no how to serve and every time we ask to them please give salad..they provide salads almost finishing of our half meal....please every one try to avoid out side foods and don't waste the money ..

plz ready my revives before coming to this hotel ,very bad experience to this hotel as we have got the room no 202 with free gift of bed bugs and ac not working properly and bathroom light and grease not working properly and at reception daily they are asking for money, I have seen the first hotel in my life who is asking money daily and one of my friends got health issues after staying 3 days in this hotel.
