Hotel Sita Kunj - Hotel in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Hotel is near to bus stand little away from railway station in the middle of city. Room boy was good. I think the hotel building is old. Water leaks from roof in living area and little sprinkles of water also comes on bed from window. Bed mattress and floor was little wet. I don't got hot water for bath.

My experience was not that good. Reason being their dirty bed sheet in one room. I had a requirement to book 20 room for our guests which means almost all rooms , which I did and everything went well but I felt I was swindled because they charged me non negotiable 1400 rupee for queen size beds for each room whereas for the same rooms, Online platforms were offering that for 900-1100. I know online markets are cheap but still I am booking your company hotel and you are charging me more than online price ? I should have checked it before giving him any advance.

500rs me mil jyga double bed room. It's affordable for normal people like me. Also they offer food with extra charge for that. It's good. Only thing what u don't like is a little bit of toilet cleanliness.

I am satisfied with the hotel staff. Their behavior was good with me. The facilities are good. Food can be ordered instantly. Room is provided with TV. Toilet is clean.

Guys book this hotel never.. First of all here is no ac room. Secondly the rooms are so hot. When the temperature is 28 outside it's 36 inside. Rooms are very dirty. No intercom fecility. Sometimes hotel staffs doesnt pick up telephones. I checked in at 11pm. But I had to wait half an hour more for their bedsheet changing. Rooms aren't cleaned after customers' checking out. Space of bathroom is too small and its dirty.. Windows are not openable. Only a tiny window is openable. Its totally waste of money. Never book this hotel. Only positive point is its near the main road but approx 3km far from station. See my photos that I uploaded, u will make it out.

Its overall a nice stay in this hotel. its ideal for students who come ranchi for a stay of 1 or 2 days. the room service was good, the hotel staff were polity and helpful. In room they provide clean bed sheets and pillow. It was winter so they also provided blankets. The room was clean and there were two large mirrors and double bed size. room has also a small Tv but i don't have the time to watch tv. room has a landline which can be used to call for room service. overall I had a pleasant stay there. will recommend for students who are in search fro cheap hotels in ranchi

last minute booking..seems very few options left @10 in the night.. Goibibo came as real relief.. about the hotel..few words of appreciation first.. 1. room and bathroom was really spacious. 2. the staff behavior was quite good. n Now few areas can be improved 1. Night lamp/bulb is a must. needs to be there. 2. shower was removed would have been if it was there. 3. lot of things looked broken, specially the switch boards overall good for small stay by lone travellers.

Very cheap and disgusting hotel, staff is careless, they even care about basic amenities like soap, drinking water, towel, mosquitoes coil.. In winter season they even didn't provide hot water after lot of requests.. worthless to stay here..
