Very neat and clean hotel situated in heart of city. Staff is well behaved and cooperative Better to get bed sheets etc changed on arrival. Rooms are Good and rents etc are affordable. Get your lunch and dinner outside because some costly.For family it is good place to stay. Both the Sunil on reception are efficient and cooperative....special thanks to them. Whenever I come to Jhansi will stay here.

Named Sita Ram hotel, the staff of this hotel or restaurant are so good. Location is on the one number....., Just besides the road..., Services of this hotel are also good . However I stayed only a few hours of the night but it was a good experience . There is one problem with parking. When asked to the guard or gateman then he answered me no other parking facility available. You can face only a parking problem when in the hotel or restaurant when there will be more public to ceremony or for parties. But withy experience left only parking issues other is good and beautiful. You can easily find it . The hotel looks good but not awesome but rooms and services are awesome . I experienced it. When I entered at reception with a respectful person the receptionist asked me to show my I'd and guide me to reach my room after that was so good. When you go or come to Jhansi or towards this side you can stay here. Single, mingle or with family. Security issues no problem you can ensure about your security. According to services and rooms the price of one stay is not high but for lower income people it may be high. I share my experience now your chance to share your experiences. Pretty old hotel but well maintained with good service. We stayed here for a night. Clean and comfortable AC rooms. Dinner was really good and it was personally suggested by the owner, Mr. Avnish Talwar. Great host who spent time explaining the history of Jhansi.
First No one comes to serve water. After requesting for bottled water 3 times, water is given. The bisleri water bottle has dust on it. But he changes the bottle. So ok. Then we order mushroom chilli, dum aloo and rotis. We also order veg sizzler but ask him what does veg sizzler have. Is it chinese? He says i will find out. N then disappear. Comes after 20 mins says sizzler nahi hai. Chinsese platter ho jayega. I say ok serve that. N we ask kindly plz serv edum aloo serve. We wait for 45 mins and start complaining..The owner or manager of hotel is shouting and talking rudely to us. Saying get up n go. Such bad service and such bad behaviour. I have a video of him. I will upload it on google too.

The hotel staff was very polite I checked in at 5 in the morning then too, got very fast service of check in. The staff amd manager was very helpful and we expect this kind of service everytime when we visit any hotel.

We had a good stay. Food 8s good too. Rooms are spacious. It's definitely better than lemon tree at jhansi. Breakfast included as Part of package was not served as buffet since limited folks opts for breakfast, they didn't wanna waste food with buffe
Warm, welcoming and hospitable. The staff at the hotel is well trained. The food taste is really good! Molecule, the roof top bar and eatery is a delight that is well managed by Avinashji and his team. A place for family and friends undoubtedly!!
Exotic vibes, amazing food, excellent services, rooms were clean and well organized, staff was well behaving, polite and we were getting late in the middle of the night and they were so supportive to quickly arrange a vehicle.
