Very satisfied with the stay at this hotel. Room size was good, bed quality and size also good. Restaurant has a decent variety of food options and it's good, no issues with food served. Hospitality and room service was one of the best, right from the security to the restaurant servers to the room cleaners, all are very friendly and polite. Room service was especially quick to respond and needed no reminder. Overall happy.

Rooms are very good, service i have not taken because I went here to to met my colleague. Location is very poor. It is placed in Chamrauti very very poor location. no parking at all. Yo have to park your vehicle about 500 mtrs away at other premise by giving some bucks.
Courteous manager and staff. Rooms are really nice. When we reached here, by seeing nearby area we felt, it is going to be a bad experience, however once we went inside, we were surprised to see rooms. It was really a good experience.
There is one problem though, they don't have lifts. However, hotel staff carried our luggage to our floor.
