Poor service according to what you pay here.
1. During check out they made money asking that bath towel has sindoor which cannot be drycleaned. So pay 300 and take the towel with you.
2. Every time I have to call twice or thrice for drinking water then only they supply it.
3. No complimentary Services like comb, hair oil, washing soap dental kit, shaving kit etc provided here.
3. No travel desk here.
The place was so awesome. The staff were so nice . Nice rooms. The food was delicious. The room service was the best . They would get the serve the food really fast. Especially one of the staff member came to check on us two times while we were having lunch. Excellent!
As time passes people who keep this place have lost the intrest to keep the customers satisfied.
Food is one of the most disappointing thing to keep in mind from this place with huge bills.
WiFi service is very very poor.
cockroaches r there in the wash room. dental kit also not provided. After paying 2500 for a day , there is no complimrntary break fast which is very bad. Overall...OK hotel.Nothing much attractive n No one feels we have to stay again here whenever we visit tirupati.
Very close to Railway station. Buffet breakfast availabe at very reasonable price. Taste, quality, quantity and varieties are very good. Very convenient for train passengers.
Always check the bill bifurcation before leaving. They will charge/add unnecessary amounts, which is not yours..... and not refunded the money, after giving all proofs. Rooms are tight and staff/ reception behaviour not so good.
Not recommended this property. Check everything before booking.
Had very pathetic experience staying at this hotel. Even after paying 7000 rs., they will find new ways to extract money from you.
1. Boiling charges - 500 (I asked them to give me a hot water for baby in a thermas which i had brought.
2. While check out they will say they wants to check the room (specially a guy who will come to pick up your luggage), and they will find stupid things to ask you for money. Such as but not limited to saying you have made the bedsheet dirty and will demand for 500 rs.
Stay at this hotel only and ONLY if you have no other option in Tirupati.
WORST BEHAVIOR OF RECEPTION GUYS, WAITERS.
Hotel Sindhuri Park is bang opp Tirupati Rly Station. Govindraj Temple is at walkable distance. Buses to Tirumala Hills are avaialble near Rly station at frequency of 5 min. Very good location
