Worst service ever, booked this hotel for 2 days. Receptionist guy have 0 experience in handling guests and treat them poorly. Room service is worst. Called 20 times for water, for extra mattress called them 30 times and they provided when I personally went down 4-5 times. AC started working in night only and breakfast quality is poor. Power was fluctuating as well. Wifi was not provided.
wonderful location of the hotel. My office was just 5 mins walk. Breakfast at terrace was amazing . Rooms and corridor were neat and clean. not very big rooms but good enough for a corporate traveller.
No Hair Shampoo providing by Hotel they will told you to use body shower gel in your hair. Shower is not working as you can see in my video. Washbasin doesn't having option for hot & cold water. Worth of Rs.700 per night. I was told that there will buffet breakfast but when i went there i told by roof restaurant person that there are only 3 person in hotel, however when i booked hotel reception told me that there more than 35 person in hotel and more than 10 person will take breakfast.

Dirty rooms not maintained at all. One room had cockroaches other had paan spit spots. Fan and Ac were not working properly. Rooms are too small for the price tag.
