Actually, we had a ROKA ceremony function of my sister on 19.03.2023 in Banquet hall Silver Leaf. Owner told me that he is very professional in management. At the time of booking I have specifically mention the hall table clothing theme should be in Orange, as this was shown while finalising. But on the day of event, they used a very low quality pink cloth on the table and makes the whole hall yawk. On Forcing to change table cloth, they changed in between the function, making us embarrass. On serving front they use disposables for coffee rather than using cups. It's a sincere request to all please don't go for this hotel. They will quote you a low price, but service is a lot lower than this.
Kitty parties, Birthday parties may be done there but for marriage place is not sufficient
I have given the 1 only for the quality of food which they serve. I mean to say food is good.
However the service is just poor and pathetic.
They actually don't know how to serve and how much service people should be there after a set of guests.
Only 4-5 service staff were there to serve 40 guests.
Washrooms were also not clean.
Please note if you are going to book this Hotel for your event or function, do take a written commitment of serving staff that how much serving staff will be there to serve because if the food will not reach your guests then obviously your guest will go unhappy.
