Nice hotel and located just at the right location where Janam Bhumi is 1.5km and Dwarka dheesh mandir is 2-3 km. Staff was nice. Food quality was good Washrooms were clean Towel provided also seemed fresh and washed Some saying parking is not available but since it is located at main road which is very broad, so i parked my car outside hotel very easily The price they charged was 2000/- per night and provide extra mattress without any additional cost

The hotel is situated at nice location, but they need to do some maintenance of rooms, their bathroom and focus on service provide. At night there was no one for service. Only one gaurd available that also slept. Washbasin was leaking.

Not designated parking for the hotel. Do not have any food service at all. The staff ask you to order via Zomato or swiggy. Rooms are decent. Disclaimer, Bake Bihari Mandir is 7km from the hotel and not 3km as described by make my trip.

Hello.... owner... I vikram Rathore..... from Chandigarh come with my family 4 childs....and sis.....at Mathura for visit the temples...and booked your hotel for stay 26 to 27.due to some reason we are reached their at 4 pm. But rooms was not ready.... Check in time was 12 .... Conduct of your receptionist is not good ... Last night a.c an and your gen set is not working properly...so pls keep it maintains the all things .. it's request for you from urs customers side.

I stayed for 8 days and everything was awesome. The staffs were very cooperative and the owner (Veer Ji) is also very friendly & Supportive. Loved the stay and would recommend for a book.

It was nice stay. Neat & Clean room & washroom. Good Location & Near by Krishna Janmabhoomi. Staff behaviour is very good, specially Mr. Abhishek. Hotel is also having Bar Facility. Thanks Silver Star Team for all your help and support.

This hotel destroyed my mental image of OYO rooms. I had a really bad time during my 3 days and 2 nights stay. See, I'll start with some things that I did appreciate. Firstly, the environment was clean, and they did sanitize the room as we told them too. Secondly, wifi was actually fast and usable throught every floor (we stayed on first and second floor). Lastly, infrastructure was really beautiful, the rooms, and lighting were good, truly a place to have se- I mean stay with family! Now to the cons, there are a lot. -Staff was bad, just bad. Not friendly, cannot do basic things. -In bathroom, flush was broken (room 201) and shower didn't work properly(room 101). -We weren't provided with teabags/coffee sachets, milk powder and sugar. Even though there was space(in room 201). In room 101 when I asked for those, they did give us those but when asked again, we were told we don't have it. -Default water provided had some stuff in it. -Almost every dish we ordered, they said they don't have it. -Electricity problems were there, like we couldn't even charge our Mobiles on the day of checkout. -Complimentry Breakfast menu doesn't have nothing, we were stuck with veg sandwich, toast butter, poha and paratha with curd. Poori bhaji wasn't available. We had to buy breakfast. Bear in mind, we were actually promised buffet by OYO. -The crowd restaurant below us was having wasn't the best, I'd rather stay away. About Location, while actually being really close to alot of Temples, there were like 3 Alcohol Shops, 1 Bhaang shop and 5-6 Paan shops, that might be personal preference for people, in my case no one drinks, nor does cigarettes, so those were just eyesores. Conclusion: Don't go there, I was an idiot.

Booked this hotel for my family. As soon as my family (My parents and my Sister) entered the room, they were so happy to see the neatly arranged room and clean linen and bathroom. They gave an extra bed for the third guest and the staff was well behaved too. Good hotel.
