Thank you for hosting our Corporate Group from 1st Sep to 3rd Sep 2023. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs' culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the most of our participants. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.
Really pleasant and clean rooms and delicious food, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thank you for such wonderful stay !!
Courteous and responsive staffs. Hospitality was commendable. Mr. Prabhat did a wonderful job taking care of our every need including giving us tips and ideas for the visit. Rooms were very neat and well kept Food is authentic and tasty. I highly recommend stay here at Silver shell.
All good ! Rooms are great and also the location is in the prime area. All accessible at walking distance. Kids friendly environment. I wish the breakfast and dinner options could have been better but not a big concern since there are lot of good food restaurants available out there. Definitely recommended for family stay. Staff is very supportive and cooperative.

Nice staff and the rooms were quite spacious. The pool was cleaned everyday in the morning. Pool is open 24/7 so we enjoyed the service whenever we got time.
It was a very nice experience to stay at the Silver Shell Hotel. The staff service is all good and we can feel very comfortable at this hotel. Over all the service, food, rooms and locations are all perfect!
