I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at a hotel, and unfortunately, the unpleasant encounter extended to the behavior of the hotel staff. This review aims to shed light on the unprofessional conduct I encountered during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an unwelcoming atmosphere, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. The hotel staff, who are expected to provide courteous and helpful service, displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Not only were they unhelpful and dismissive, but they also resorted to using abusive language, which is absolutely unacceptable. As a guest, I believe it is essential to feel valued and respected by the staff, as this greatly contributes to the overall experience and satisfaction with the establishment. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my stay. The hotel staff's abusive language and disrespectful behavior tarnished my perception of the hotel and left a lasting negative impression. Furthermore, their unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from individuals who are supposed to represent the hotel and create a welcoming environment for guests. The incident not only soured my stay but also eroded any trust I had in the hotel's commitment to customer service. I strongly urge the management of this hotel to take immediate action to address the issues with their staff's behavior. Improving the training and supervision of employees, as well as implementing strict codes of conduct, is crucial to prevent future instances of unprofessionalism and ensure a positive experience for guests. In conclusion, my experience with the hotel staff at this establishment was incredibly disappointing. Their abusive language and unprofessional behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay, leaving me with a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope that the management takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue, as it greatly impacts the overall reputation and credibility of the hotel.

Hotel Silver Palace provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay during my visit . Its friendly staff and convenient location were highlights of my experience. While the dining options could be improved, I would certainly consider staying here again on future trips to the area.

Good ambience with great food quality and service. Hospitality is also one of the best and staff behavior and rooms are best no one close to them in terms of quality. Very good hotel near Jalgaon railway station.

Booked online through portal. After that called them to confirm whether portal send my booking. Choose this hotel as need to board train early morning. Very near to station. You can walk to the station with your luggage. Spacious room, comfortable n cozy bed, delicious food, neat and clean bathroom. Loved their stuffed kebab.

Had a good stay , was on a buseiness trip Very near to the main railway station. Nearby areas to see , khandesh mall If you have high expectations from the hotel service , rooms and facilities then u are at a wrong place ( it's a 3 star property) Courteous staff . More options can be included in the breakfast menu

The room size is small. Cleanliness should be improved as floors and staircase areas are not well maintained and unpleasant odour gives a bad experience. Overall compared to cost, facilities are not provided. Need to improve for further betterment.

I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very polite & room service was always on-time. The food was good. There was noise as some rooms were getting a makeover.
