Located at the heart of City at walking distance from railway station and some major attractions in ooty. Service is average but not disappointing. Rooms are clean and tidy

Good stay. Neat and clean room and toilet. Easy access area.Value for money. People are very helpful. My car got break down and they helped very much. Supportive travel desk. Complementary break was excellent. Overall we enjoyed.

We have 28 person stay at Hotel silver oak ooty but bad experience by House keeping person Mr John Breto No common sense how to talk with customer (Also House keeping staff KAM CHOR) BUT best part Manager Mr Arun co-operative and another one person Mr Dhananjay Response Good Improve in hot water supply by 24 hour

I didn't like the hotels, room likes prism. Service is good some extend. Hotel is in main city if u came only for visiting and exploring the ooty then this is a good place to stay, but if u came for relaxing worst place to stay. This is my view, still u may be having different view about the hotel. My overall experience is not good.

1. Room is not that much spacious for money. Don't trust the photos online. 2. Hot water will not come in water tap..Whenever needed they will provide one bucket of water... 3. Simply don't waste your Money here.. Wi-Fi Not available..Terrible Experience.

We stay with family at silver oak. In my Ooty room experience it was a pleasent stay and beautiful location near to rose garden. Staff's are very good behavior. We get complimentary buffet breakfast with delicious food. I give 4.5/5.

Be careful the hot water is available for limited time, also the management is not very cooperative. They don't have wifi and lift.The food is just fine, edible I would say.

Their rooms are not properly maintained despite it being a three star hotel. They don't disclose while booking the room as to what kind of room one can get. Secondly, once u order room service, they take their good time in doing it. So if u want to have tea at 6pm. Better order around 5-5:30 pm. Even asking for water is agonizing. They take 20+ minutes to deliver water. For dinner I ordered dal fry and was served the bad old one. It was tasting sour and bitter. I called them thrice to re-order. And eventually I had to go to their restaurant to complain. And then they delivered right fresh dal to the room. They clearly knew they were serving bad dal. The telephone to call the restaurant does not work in a few rooms (I booked two room). They have two numbers for restaurant and none of them were working in one of the rooms. I called reception to let them know, they were not ready to accept that the numbers 2 and 7 for restaurant wasn't working. You can keep asking for extra milk packets and coffee pouches to have some coffee in your room, but u will never receive it. It was one of my worst hotel experience. Doesn't deserve to be a three star hotel.
