Dear Hotel Management , I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent check-in at your property, booked through MakeMyTrip. The policy against male groups stay is understood but the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Gaurav Asarsa left me deeply disappointed. The policy was unexpected and unwelcoming. My interaction with Mr. Gaurav Asarsa was marked by his aggressive and discourteous attitude, which is not reflective of a hospitable environment. I have been traveling in India for the last 2 years. this is the very first time a hotel representative spoke to me in such a very rude manner. Please teach you employes how to treat a overseas customer I hope you take this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience and avoid such issues in the future. Thanks Angelo Smith

This is the best stay you can have at Mount Abu, at a very affordable pricing. With an amazing view and surrounding greenery, this was a very refreshing stay for us. The hotel manager Mr. Gaurav is very friendly and helpful and on his toes always to serve his guests. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the food is very delicious too! Had a very comfortable stay. Definitely going to visit again. Highly recommended.

Went for my sister's birthday to celebrate. Gaurav ruined it for my sister and for me and my family. His rules will not get him anything but negative reviews. Terrible service and hospitality, Gaurav has just opened the hotel to get negative reviews and for him. Sadly he spoilt my sister's day. I think he need some therapy.

Good property Average food Feels like you are in some kind of boarding school, where a headmaster keeps shouting on their staff. Ground staff are helpful but sadly they have been scolded for helping guest. Every minute you will be reminded with rules and regulations. Even if it is nice property the behaviour is not acceptable.

took 45 min to get a waterbottle. 30 min to get glasses very bad behaviour with guests by room service attendant. have booked hotel rooms several times and now have come to end to bookings. location is great and service and facilities needs improvement. tv not working fridge not working etc not worth for value of money

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Extremely justifiably priced with classic Indian hospitality ethics. The staff is generously helpful and had made the stay a memorable one. One is to expect a lush garden, complete with well-tended rose bushes and two splendid swings, big spacious & clean rooms and bathroom. I was just blown away with the sheer amount of greenery this place had to offer. Breakfast on the porch had been my favourite. Although the hotel is located a couple of kms away from the main market area, it's a comfortable and lovely walk that you truly might enjoy. Also, the hotel is situated just a stone's throw from the bus stop. With a bit of prior notice, the staff can arrange for a small private cozy campfire - fuel for a romantic evening. Camfires are a regular thing on chilly winter evenings.

Service is very pathetic, Manager was so rude with the guest and his name is Gaurav. He even don't know how to talk with girls Staff said not to use the washroom when we were leaving the property Bad service bakwaas staff Note: if you want enjoy your trip don't go at this place.

Suggest not to stay in that pathetic place. There's no sense of customer service leave alone hospitality. The owner Gaurav is super rude and arrogant. Too many rules which they don't tell the customer when checking in. He has a therapy dog, Gaurav needs therapy and sense of how to talk to his guests.
