Hotel Silver Oak International - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Stayed with family. Staff and reception personnel are good and helpful. 5 star for their hospitality.They don't have separate car parking. Most of the customer cars are parked on the roadside. They do have a small basement, but none of the cars get parked. Rooms are ok. The bathroom was too small. The interior of the room was nice. There are a few things that the management has to work seriously on, especially in restaurant service. They have a rooftop restaurant. The service is really pathetic and damn slow. Forget about room food deliver. We walked in for dinner, and they took more than an hour to prepare and serve dinner.There were hardly 3 tables occupied with roughly 5 persons who came for dinner. If there were more customers, they would have taken the entire night to serve us dinner. They need more cook and chef's. We literally had asked them multiple times to serve the dinner items that we ordered. The response was that we were preparing fresh food. seriously? Every restaurant cooks fresh food. They won't serve 1 day old food. They didn't have a menu card in a restaurant, which was a miss. When asked, the person will say all menu items orally, which is bad and highly unacceptable. After dinner, we asked for tea. They didn't had tea either. God knows what type of restaurant they are running, which do not serve tea/coffee after dinner.

We had booked 3 rooms for 2 days and we DO NOT recommend this place. - everything in the room was falling apart - restroom door was broken - we had to request for the sheets to be change in the night as it was too dirty - some bed sheets were torn - towels were dirty - restroom fixture were rusted and had mold

We have booked hotel for my Group of 14 Pax in this hotel from 24th oct-26th Oct 23 , the hotel rooms are good , but they dont have a proper restaurant to provide breakfast and lunch /dinner . The food they providing is not up to the mark the price they are charging . We have booked on Breakfast and Dinner in the hotel . For breakfast they are provide from side by restaurant and for dinner , you have to ask them for preparing food 01hr before dinner instead of booking of dinner. So theeir management is not ok . For only room purpose this hotel is ok .

This happened back in January 2023. There are 2 dark reasons to give lowest rating's possible. 1. Some of my relatives were visiting Mysuru and I had booked a room in this hotel and specifically requested to keep the room clean since a patient was going to stay at the hotel. I even paid 500 extra so that they listen and adhere to our request since it was very important to us. Apparently they gave a room having dirty pillows and holes in the beds! I would have taken a photo if only my relatives had told me about the issues before they checked out. 2. We were a group of 4 men and 5 women. Some of us were visiting Mysuru. It was late night around 2am. Only one of the women didn't had identification card on her but expect her everyone else had their identification cards. The hotel employees didn't allow us to check in at the hotel since a girl didn't had id card. We requested saying we will provide her ID first thing in the morning since we couldn't wake her parents in the middle of the night to get the photo copy of her Id card. They didn't allow and there was heated argument going on and one the employees called their owner's son(he claimed to be not sure if he was owners son though) who was partying in the same hotel and accused that we used foul words talking about their mothers which we never did! And this is the most embarrassing situation ever happened to us, they literally kicked us out of their hotel like we did some crime! The owner's son and their friends started to cat call the girls! We couldn't do anything since it was already around 3am in the morning and we couldn't risk with 5 women late at that time. Also, we didn't call the police since one of our friends told that the hotel owner was powerful in that place and he asked us to check for other hotels rather fighting with them. Sad to see some of the arrogant and powerful people getting their ways always!

Celebrated my daughter's first birthday at Silver Oak International.. excellent food.. all the guests loved it.. service and cooperation from staff was the best I recommend this place to all those who are planning for a party, celebration or get together..

Nice party hall with roof top dining area , from where you will get the view of old Mysore city and one can see the palace too. The hotel is clean and neat and it has air conditioning in the hall

Nice roof top dining area. The hotel is clean and neat and it has air conditioning in the hall. Food is good & tasty, but need to improve food service.
