In the last week of November '2023 me & my family checked in this hotel for our 1st two nights of stay in Sikkim straight from NJP .It is at the heart of Gangtok barely a minute of walking from MG Marg. A nice hotel neatly furnished with all basic necessities. As the weather was clear We were lucky to have handsome view of Lord Kanchanjangha from the window of our room. A rare fecility in most of the hotels in Gangtok. I must mention that all the staff of this hotel were absolutely obedient, helpful and courteous. Whenever We picked up the intercom the staff would response immediately to come with prompt solution with a smile. When we left this hotel for our next destination at Ravangla..... all of us... me, my son and my wife.. all were morose to bid farewell to all the wonderful people working here to run this hotel with utmost efficiency. My best of wishes to HOTEL SILVERLINE GANGTOK.
If you are searching for a hotel with great location, having neat and clean, large room, equipped with all common amenities, nothing can be better choice than this hotel. This budget friendly hotel is located near M.G Marg (1 minute walking distance).It has it's own restaurant and chefs are ready to offer you tasty continental dishes. Bathroom is well furnished,clean and spacious. The most striking feature about this hotel is it's extremely friendly, helpful and supportive staff.
Old hotel with dilapidated condition. Half of food is not there. No service for any problems are available. Pathetic hotel. Don't come here if you want to have a pleasant time in Gangtok.
First of all this hotel is very good for fooding and lodging. room and location is very nice. Room service is very good. Staff behaviour is too good. Food quality is very tasty .pure bengali dish is done here and must try momos & aloo paratha.Its kanchenjangha view room. Must visit this hotel. Myself and my family is gone there at February 05th, 2023. Hotel location is very near to M.G MARG. Thanks to all staff.
It was my first trip to Gangtok with Freinds , I chose hotel Silver line. I'm highly impressed with the staff of hotel and the way they have provided service to us. I'm really impressed with their hospitality. Specially staff And Manager name Vishal he is such a nice person, always asked if we need any things or any help. Room with Mountain View makes room more romantic and perfect. And the cook name Gopal was fantastic. Food quality was so so nice. Everything was just perfectly clean. I would like to suggest every one that if you are travelling to Gangtok you can stay here.

Rooms are provided too small and unclean floor and bed and blankets. Changed the room after complaining repeatedly. Poor service, only 1 boy for room service was good. I didn't like the hotel at all.
