Room service was excellent and staff very polite. 1-2 staff at the restaurant need to be more polite. Food was good but expensive. Nice clean room. Hot water was not there may be due to summer season. I had to bathe in cold water. Clean and spacious rooms.

Limited food options despite the huge menu. The waiter was very unprofessional and kept on showing much attitude. When we asked for regular water, we were kept waiting for it. The food quality was also bad. When asked why things were such, we were told a party was going on in the banquet hall. If having a party makes you behave and serve such poorly, may be the restaurant should been shut down for the evening! Pathetic experience!

I visited Pilibhit along with a few friends and stayed at Hotel Silver Leaf. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. We were well taken care of by the staff. The food was amazing. There is a big lawn in the property on which all of us could get together. All in all, a memorable stay! 5/5
