Hotel Silver Castle (Sagar Ratna) - Hotel in Ismailpur, Mukhlispur - Saharanpur, India

Went there for a wedding! I think, overall, this is a very decent place. Some may even say that it is pretty good because it is difficult to find even the most normal places in Saharanpur. Food is very good. The arrangements were made well. They can work on overall maintenance of the property and focus on cleanliness as well. It is surely overpriced. Rooms are normal and seems like they charge too much because of lack of such properties in Saharanpur which provide end to end services including optimal availability of rooms. Service is average.

The place is lovely and good infrastructure. But the receptionist is very poorly trained and has no manners or skill how to handle customers she is hotheaded and doesn't know how to conduct herself as a representative of the hotel. She yelled at me in front of the whole reception area just when I asked for a little help because I forgot my room key. Every hotel in the world helps you out if you forget your room key. I am a customer who doesn't needed to be shouted at by a receptionist. Please change her if you want any progress in your place and hire better trained and well mannered people.

This is best place.if you want big space for marriage and any type of grand function.i went there for a marriage party and there is very grand function.

Its a good hotel comparing to other nearby hotels in its location. It has huge property n good rooms with bad staff at fair price. Restaurant n room service needs lot of head breaking n customisation...but if u look for any better option...then its not there. This hotel is about 6 km away from township n right on the highway...manager is over burdened..n staff mostly un professional. Some negative pictures r posted in the reviews but I never found such type of pathetic food. Property includes banquet hall swimming pool(on extra payment) n large lawn area. so before opting make up ur mind to spend peaceful time over here.

Very nice guilty and good spead of food

Today I came here with my family. We are on a vacation so we decided to click some family pictures with my camera. And suddenly they said entry fee will be chargeable 150 per person and photoshoot also . I never face such rubbish situation in any other hotel property. I will never recommend this property. Silver castel Sagar ratna please behave like a decent business man.

This place is good for marriage functions, having a wide open space area. Recently i attended a marriage function and the experience was quite well.

Pathetic restaurant service. Unprofessional staff. No one to taje order. Waiting for more than an hour to get food. And then getting burnt & hastily done food.
