The food quality is average, soft drinks options are very limited. The staff is very busy and can't attend you always. I think they should increase their staff to manage. When you are charge premium for your food you should provide personalized recommendations.
Overall a nice hotel. But reaching the hotel is a bit difficult . Rooms are clean. But a minimum dental kit is expected at room atleast with this room rent. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staffs are courteous.
If u go for the Bar they will give you only 350ml water bottle cost 29/- how cheap nd 3rd class business mentality is this???? And forget the price, is it possible 350ml water bottle u ask for every time when u feel thirsty ? Within few seconds your water bottle is empty, this is shameful business mentality nothing else
Superb service, good rooms and very tasty food. Breakfast buffet is great as compared to price. One of the finest hotel in Malda near to railway station.
They've launched a new event that is Great Battle of Two Bengals. In this monsoon do visit Restaurant NH-16 on Silver Arcade Premier. Must try Whole Ilish Tandoor and Ilish Biriyani also Prawn polao and Dab Chingri.
The room center table is not enough for 2person lunch, service charge is too high compared to other same category hotel.
Nice hotel to stay when you are on a business trip. Staff are very responsible and helpful.
Now the interiors of the hotel are renovated. Looks very good. The staff is very friendly and cooperate. The room service is prompt. The food quality is very good. Only the inside of the lift has to be renovated as it looks very old and doesn't go well with the present decor. Hope this will also be renovated soon. Another suggestion is to provide a covered parking space at a suitable location.
