Hotel Silk - Hotel in Haldwani - Nainital, India

The stay was good. We reached the hotel at about 10.45 pm and had no difficulty in getting a warm meal as had been requested over phone from the train. The dealings of the men attending to us during the stay also deserve claps. The room was nice and clean, so was the attached washroom. But two things are to be remembered while selecting this hotel: first, though it is close to the Railway Station, its location doesn't permit cars to reach the gate between 8/8.30 am and 9 pm; and, secondly, the family rooms are all located in the second and third floors with no available elevator.

A quaint, quiet hotel at the back of streets. Comfortable beds, awesome room size and one of the best service staff. They can try and let you check in 2 - 3 hours before the standard check-in time with no additional cost. Service is quick. Bathroom and toilet were separate which I personally feel is a good thing. Though, the bathroom had no exhaust, so it became very humid inside. May be they can make a ventilation window in the connecting wall between toilet and bathroom. I had ordered momos, they were stuffed good but were too dry. They do not have a lift so ask for rooms on GF for elderlies.

Awesome place to stay, Pros - Neat and clean room, bathroom, spacious rooms, helpfull and supportive staff and good behaviour. Cons - location is little bit hard to fine but staff will help you anytime to find so no need to worry for the same. Overall good experience 8/10

One of the worst hotel, i ever seen.they make fool out of people by taking booking and cause the inconvenience. Totally unsafe and non family environment.They shouldn't be listed not Goibio or make mytripml

Worst hotel. I recommend people not to choose this hotel they make fool out of people. Disgusting and non-cooperating staff. Without having rooms they accept the booking and at the last moment they make fool out of people. Worst experience people should stop going there.

Good service and hotel, but there is no own parking,

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 10am. I got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing Best for budget hotel Follow Google maps it's better to find location of property otherwise it may create confusions Cons Wifi speed is just average! The stay was pleasant at hotel silk. The family rooms are spacious enough to accomodate family of 4. The hotel is located nicely near to railway station, However you need to walk approx 100 m as road to hotel is very narrow and car can't go there. If you are going to Nainital and reaching Haldwani at night then you can chose to stay at this Hotel. It will be light on your pocket too. King size bed and spacious rooms
