Third class hotel. Low price mentioned are actually mouse trap. Online they show low price for double occupancy, when you book and pay Online and visit hotel they give single occupancy bed and a mattress. The room size is smaller than the store room or toilet. They will ask to you to pay 1000 extra for for proper double bed room. Horrible experience.

If your looking for budget friendly hotel then this is the best option. Specially for solo person small cozy rooms. Beautifully designed neat , clean and Very well maintained hotel. They provide Rooms with breakfast.
The restaurant inside is small with multi cuisine. You have many option for food but I didnt eat food here because it's mix kitchen and as am vegetarian. As even many vegetarians won't prefer this.
So 1 less star from my side.
But only staying is a good option.
from outside, you may be wondering if Thai is right choice but once you enter the lobby, the pleasant and clean interior will impress you immediately. the executive room is excellent. bed, tv, AC, FAN everything is new and as seen in photos. washroom is clean with hot n cold water. Room service is prompt, breakfast is very tasty so as the tea. i eventually extended my Booking from 1 night to 2 nights :) only concern may be the parking, in case you are visiting by own vehicle but owner confirmed he can arrange it in nearby property on request. location is convenient and you can visit all key places in Auto costing 20-40 rs (go with Ola/Uber. if u try local auto drivers, you may end up paying twice) overall a perfect choice for stay in Surat.
Its Zero Rated Hotel, When I have visited I have paid extra amount while check In for extra hours stay, but during checkout they quarrel for extra amount of 1000 when we have train within few minutes. All the staff lied and manager is very bad. Don't ever try this hotel at any time when you visit surat. Its my live experience. There is no hot water, food is not good, landline will not work in room, no cleanliness, worst staff behavior. I instructed every to not go with family to this hotel if you like to have safe and happy stay in surat.
