Please do not stay at this hotel. It is worst than a 2-star hotel. The rooms are very small and stuffed. The beds are unclean. And most importantly, the staff is extremely rude and uncourteous. They have no matters of how to talk to guests. Very unaccommodating. Any hotel is better than this.
It was indeed a surprise for us. For two on work it's a decent hotel. Approx.14-140 Sq ft. Spotless white lenins, pillows,towels. Very Clean wash rooms but window AC's could have been Better positioned. Noise-free rooms without Hot water kettle with decent room service. VFMz 7.5/10
The worst hotel I have ever seen during this period. Also, staff is not good, there was one person named Mohit he is very rude to all visitors. He has no sense of talk. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cleanliness was worst sheets were stained , hotel is so smelly , they don't even have dental kits and they're proud of it. Workers serving here are under age. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Good Hotel. Satisfied with the service and behavior of staff. Good for business meetings. The only thing in which it is lacking is Location because it should be located on Either Highway or in the centre of meerut city. Otherwise all ok, parking is also good.
I stayed here Feb 25-27, 2011. This hotel is indeed Meerut's best hotel with Western-style amenities with attentive (always humblingly so) Indian customer service. The front desk staff reliably speaks a working English and exhibit the customary high level of attention to customer service. Services like currency exchange and local knowledge enhance stays here. The rooms are typical 3-star quality with fresh and clean bathrooms in particular. Water backup but no electrical backup. Rooms are simple and note the lack of alarm clock or hair dryer. Bathrooms feature Western shower head as well as usual Indian toilet hose and shower bucket & stool. In summary, the city's very best hotel.
Dont even think to stay there if you are couple,you cannot be comfortable and happy in this hotel. This is my personal experience , I don't know about others.
