Hotel Siesta De Goa - Hotel in Varca, Orlim - South Goa, India

This place is too far away from the city and though this is calm place but they don't clean the rooms everyday!!

The actual rooms are tiny & may not be comfortable to stay in. There are no lifts & we couldn't climb the stairs so we were given the villa which was simply beautiful. The staff is very friendly & helpful; the attached restaurant serves delicious food; we could get bikes easily for use; there's a liquor shop & general store at walking distance. The pool is unusable

The restaurant food is horrible and tasteless. Waited for 30 minutes for a paneer item which was stale to behind with. Please improve your standards before your guest get poisoned as your food isn't fresh and being a restaurant owner myself I know the taste The roti and rice was perfect but your base of your gravy was horrid

Stayed here for more than 10 days, good hotel. Zero complaints. Staff: great Carishna, Rina, Sanu & Mahesh. Breakfast Was good, was included in the package and they made what i asked for eg. Toast bread with omelett, boiled, masala omelett etc. Room was nice and clean, Ac was good TV haf good channels Swimming pool - good They have a restaurant in the hotel premises managed by them, so night dinner wasn't an issue. Tandoori, chinese etc Overall good experience

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. I keep coming back as the hospitality is exceptional. The staff is really friendly and the hotel does feel like a home away from home! I also love the food at the hotel especially their Biryani which is amazing! The last time I went I also tried their Kayaking services which they have just introduced and is very affordable! Definitely going back! :)

This place is kind of a service apartment located at couple of kilometers away from the beach. There is a swimming pool (was under renovation, hence could not use it) and a restaurant (with a pool table) attached with the hotel. No other amenities available. If you do not have your own transport you may feel a bit deserted here, although rental bikes are available within the hotel. This hotel is in the middle of the village with residential houses surrounding it. Apparently, this place was also built as a residential complex before getting converted into a hotel. The fields at the back of the hotel, gives a pleasant view of a serene village/ country side but on the flip side, leads to loads of insects and flies in the evening (Our room was filled with insects on the first day). If you are hoping to have lively entertainment in house, then this is not the place for you. However, if you want a peaceful stay with limited noise, then this may be appropriate. Alternatively, if you prefer a cheap stay and have your own transport to go to the nearby areas, then this place is ideal. Foreign tourists planning for a longer stay (more than 2 weeks), who love to explore places, this place would be ideal. There are quite a number of positives as well. The quality of food served is amazing and it is worth every penny you pay. The hospitality is excellent as well. The staff are very friendly and cater to all that you need. Special compliments to Ranjit, Mahesh and Anthony who made our stay very pleasant.

Unprofessional..!! My booking clearly stated that breakfast is included, I was refused breakfast stating that I have paid a low amount for the room. Is that under my control? It is an issue with the hotel and websites they have partnered with...!! TV was not working, single bed blanket was provided for two people in the room. Absolutely No WiFi although that was promised too..!! In addition to my horror the room got filled with insects although all windows were properly shut, they peeped into the room from the gaps between the windows and when we entered at night there were small insects all over, the staff replied by saying we can't help that..!! They simply spoiled first day of my trip to Goa..

A really enjoyable stay in South Goa. We had a quick check in, pleasant and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful, but not always quick. It's not very close to the beach, but the decent sized pool made up for it. Overall, a solid recommendation for a stay.
