Good location, very close to dal lake. Friendly staff, made my family feel very comfortable. We stayed for 3 days, their service didn't degrade. Clean rooms and accommodating staff. The day we arrived there was a big noisy tour group but our experience was great once they left

Nice hotel with central heating system. But the heating would be provided only after 15th November. It was quite cold on 23rd October. On request they provided only with a normal blanket, not an electric one. Not very far from Dal Lake, but one needs to walk to the main road to catch an auto.

The cleaness here was awful. The bedsheets and even the towels are dirty. If we ask a new towel they'll tell the stains are permanent and will not give one unless you fight with them. The kettle here is very very dirty and smelly. Next up the warmer, even if the temperature is decreasing they will not open the warmer until 29th Nov. The hot water will only be available after one hour. After one person have bath the other one have to wait another hour for the hot water. The drinking water provided in the restaurant below is very dirty... The food here tastes very awful. But the staff's here are better than the other facilities here.

Extremely super bad experience. The room was damp and stinking. Bedsheets are dirty and they did not change after our request.Even in too cold No room heater available. .Too much unhygienic.

We stayed at this place on our way to Ladakh. The hotel exterior and lobby looks impressive, but the rooms look dated now. There was almost no ventilation in the lobby between rooms. The rooms don't have an option of ceiling fan, and that can be a problem on hot days, even in Srinagar. Room interiors are OK. The rooms however had an impressive view of mountains outside. The food was the worst here, not even breakfast is worth mentioning. Better look for other options outside.

I had a very good experience of my stay at this hotel. The staff are really kind and alert all the time. The rooms are neat and the ambience is good. Above all, the food is really tasty. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking at budget friendly stay in Srinagar.
