As this Palace is very old, you may find some electrification and sanitary fixtures broken or not in good conditions, But Overall my experience was Good here.

Bad hotel old rooms poor service
We booked this hotel for wedding of my sister and we realised in one day that they don't have any professional staff . Staff has very very bad attitude...really we had very bad experience at this hotel i suggest not book this for your family functions. They don't know how to manage marriage and all. There valet parking staff was asking guests to park car... Before marriage over their staff was gone without handover keys to guest all guest was looking for their cars where are they parked...first off all they don't have parking..they are parking our cars on the road....who will take responsibility if traffic police will lock our cars....very bad experience not value for money.. west of money don't book it
Hotel is located at Shahibaug, Near to Riverfront road. It looks like traditional Mughal-style hotel with rooms and a restaurant. Parking space is limited but they can manage. It is recommended for 400,500 people. Food is good. Nice place for photography also.
