I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the hospitality the hotel management have provided towards my family during our stay at your esteemed hotel (5-oct and 6-oct 2023). Because of the peaceful and hassle free stay we could complete our ritual (pitru paksh) so nicely. The food served at Kapila Restaurant was very tasty and awesome. All the stuff members are very polite, courteous and ever helping, awesome

There is no house keeping service.. I stayed there 2 days.. And no one came for house keeping.. Even i asked them several time for that. But they said they are coming and yet no one came. Also they provide just cot for 3rd person without pillow and blanket. And charged whole for the third person. Even i asked two three toke for blanket and pillow.. But no one gave.

Accomodating staff . The chef was very suggesting and on request made a Bihari dish Litti Chokha off the menu. Enjoyed the dishes.

We were here in the hotel for our family marriage function and the overall experience was very poor. Most of the hotel rooms were untidy.. all bathrooms have water drainage issue and hence the bathroom was in bad shape. Intercom was not working. Toilet kits were not given hence not recommend this for future.

Beautiful business class hotel.. I felt like home after a fantastic experience. I visited this hotel for a short trip. Amazing place, near market, parking space is very big and free. Rooms was clean and very hygenic. Interesting factor is Room space, its very good and comfort. Staff were very polite and very cooperative. I have enjoyed very delicious food. When I was in restaurant, there was a Vietnamese group in this hotel and having dinner. But they paid attention and fulfilled my all orders very quickly. Service is very fast and good. I felt like home. By window you can see outside greens and Roads as well. Best part of this hotel is, it is situated in prime location and staff behavior like home members. I would like to come again.

Hotel was too good.... It's worth your money... Room was clean and proper sanitation, hygiene was maintained... They also provide hygienic food... But charges of food is costly... Overall it's good enough to stay

Excellent hospitality...!!! Big and Bright rooms...!!! Delicious food, cooked to perfection and served with gentle smile...!! PERFECT AND ABSOLUTELY WORTH FOR MONEY...!! I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days and was so impressed by the hotel's service on the first day that it compelled me to write a good review on the day 1.
