Worst ever hotel I stayed in my life. I booked the hotel through Agoda App when, during the check in time , front office shouted on my why booked in app that they don't have access and refused to give room . Later Agoda service ( worst ) talked to owner for 1 hrs and give me room. Room was very bad condition . No towel- and bed sheets have lot of food marks. Boy was rude when asked about the issue. AC remote was not working and boy says they don't have battery . He also questioned me that room is cool so why I need AC remote
Not a good service nor AC work properly. Dint even have out side food accepted. Their own food service is without taste.
My 3 day stay at Hotel Siddhartha , Guntur was good and worth money paid. But for some service and maintenance , it's good. Management may take up bathroom tiles repairs , taps replacement etc soon. Room service may be improved. Done
All are good except not accepting outside food we have eat inside hotel food but some items are good below average .
Nan and curries are good but bhiryani is worst. Siddhartha not for bhiryani taste
Smelly rooms no cleaning bad experience
This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. Last time I reviewed about the stained linen. This time also no changes seen. Bed linen and bath linen were badly stained. However, this time it got changed upon reporting. Cleaning can be better, but no complaints. It will be the same in our houses too. Staff Hospitality is very nice including the Manager. Location is Spot on 10 out 10 Something should be done for the elevator noise. I have lost my whole night sleep due to the elevator noise. People not closing the elevator properly and that machine keeps on shouting whole night
Very Bad Service, Very Bad Hotel In My Life. 0% Cleaning In Hotel. staff behaviour is not good. Staff are Fight With Guest For Water . Over Prising, if you have purchase from any thing from hotel so hotel management is remove price and sale to you over price. Cats are stay in the kitchen. Very difficult to stay in this hotel.

The best hotel in guntur. Rooms are so well cleaned and maintained. I like the ambiance of the rooms. Washroom are also too good. Stayed in hotels in hyderabad compared to those these are pretty good. Far better.
