Hotel Siddharth and Amrapali Resturant - Hotel in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

Wastage of money, this hotel can be only the last option, rooms r pathetic, bathroom unhygienic, service third class, we stayed there with my friend and his family and we're not allowed to serve outside milk(amul milk purchased from the local market) to their 3year old baby, saying outside food is not allowed. The milk served by the hotel/resturant was 80%water with impurities in it. So we purchased amul milk and requested the kitchen /restaurant section to arrange to boil the milk and serve and we're ready to pay the any extra charge for it . But Mr Bharti Manager at amrapali restaurant denied in a very rough and arrogant manner. We requested again again as my friends son did not eat any thing whole day, but they didn't listen.Really horrible. Every room full of cockroach ,lizard. Staff were really very uncooperative arrogant. We requested to the staff at reception to provide the owners/ management contact nos so that we can give them the feedback then and there but we're denied. Not suggest able to any one.

Only 3 things are good with this hotel. 1. Parking space 2. Location - middle of town 3. A swimming pool Room are pathetic, seepage all over the rooms....Noview and ventilation. Rooms full of mosquitoes. Bathroom are very unhygienic, wall are very dirty.. This hotel can be a last option for anyone.

Pathetic, horrible, terrible....they welcomed us with a luxurious spray of mosquitoes repellent all over the building, inside out. The rooms have cobwebs, cockroach and spiders. Linen is not fresh. Bath is not clean and hygienic. Restaurant service is Pathetic. Food was just ok.

It's a good hotel with excellent location. It's a very big property with Swimming pool. Though rooms and everything needs an upgrade. I stayed here everytime just because it's had ample parking space.

It's very old hotel on main road of Sigra. But not maintain properly and their services also ok ok. You can easily found cobweb in rooms and cocroaches. Its not clean properly. Even checkin on Reception shows other room and when room checking number is different. Food quality is ok.they are providing toiletries properly without demand.

If you will get offer to stay in hotel for free. Then also, didn't stay in this hotel . The bathroom doesn't lock properly. Ac is there but it is broken. If you didn't get any hotel in vanarasi then stay in railway station but doesn't use there hotel.

Do not get your child's admission in the swimming pool of this hotel. They keep taking admissions in their small pool and the pool in charge- *Mr. Laxman* is very rude, he doesn't have the manner to talk to people. The coach does not teach your child how to swim as there are so many children in the pool and there is no space even to swim. Never go to his pathetic hotel

Very bad service provided by the hotel management. Poor swimming pool. I suggest people to don't visit here.
