Centrally located budget hotel with utmost prompt and courteous dedicated team specially Mr.Kumar and Jose . I can't forget my stay at the hotel.Their service can beat any highly paid hotels. House keeping and room service is extremely appreciative. The comfort we had while the stay of our two days were so good that unable to express in words.The hotel is the best in the locality I can recommend anyone .In short it is the best in all aspects either be the room quality, amenities ,prompt sevice and hospitality.
The location is very good. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The Front desk Manager Kumar was very friendly and supportive. We had booked a couple of Deluxe rooms and since it was not available in the same floor, we were given a Suite room to accomodate us in the same floor. Would certainly recommend this stay for people staying in Nagercoil.
Generally one need to compromise on some aspects when staying in a budget lodge. But this lodge changed my perception about how a budget lodge can be run without any compromise. Well maintained rooms and courteous front desk staff. Good place for a budget traveller.
Very moderate property. But no other choice. Compared to Other properties nearer to this place, this seems to be better. Pillows were dirty. The room allotted to me was not the one which i saw. This is very disappointing. I'm not sure if they intentionally provided me the smaller room or the images were misleading. I was provided with a single room with a double bed (short in length). Because we look at the images and make our choice based on that. I don't want to pay for something which is not even closer to what i saw as the room.
Well situated in the heart of city Nagercoil. Receptionists both Jose and Kumar are friendly approachable. Room services were good and prompt. Bathroom was clean, on the whole satisfied in hotel Shyama. We were able to visit places like kanyakumari, Thiruchendur, Thiruppathisaram, Suchindram easily from here. Thanks
Rooms are okay. Transport facilities are easily accessible. Good for family. Many good restaurants are around. Located in the heart of the city
