They are literally dumb to understand hotel management. They provided only handwash in the washroom. The drain pipe of ac was above the western commode. The bed was too cheap to sleep. They charged Rs 20 for 1 liter of mineral water.
Because there were no other options for foreigner we stayed one night here. It was one of the worst room we ever had in india. The room was dirty, the bed sheet are full of stains. The room was on the main road and it was very loud because the room is not isolated and there is a lot of traffic. Also there was some construction noise right next to our room started at 7 in the morning. the staff speaks rarely english and one guy came to our room after check in and told us several times we made a mistake because we didn't fill the arrival paper correct . we need to fill two full site of a paper with informations they already had because the make a copy and photo of all our documents. We never had this situation in india before and we already spend 4,5 months in india
Worst hotel in Raxaul Vihar India
Horrible experience for me. Room was dirty, and they overcharged me for the normal AC room. First they showed me the room and told me 1000rs. After the manager arrived he told me that this room is the xxx for 1250 but the price is not valid at the moment and its 1400rs. - ac stopped working in the middle of the night, no power - no hot water working - lift not working - room dirty - bed looked like 10 people have slept in there before. - WiFi slow 0.5-1mbit down + it has an decent TV in this room Would not have stayed there if the other hotels in raxaul were not overbooked at this day. Would also absolutly not recommend this place. They try to scam you wherever they can.
they started to ringing the bell and knocking on the door for few minutes strainght at 6am and told us they want us to leave the room. We told the that we want to sleep and they asked us when we will leave... very rude behaviour. We were working on our computers till late night and wanted to have the good sleep but they disturbed our privacy and forced us to open the door other things were also bad 1 star is too much fot this place
Good hotel for staying a few days for foreigner. This is my second time to visit. The Room is almost clean but there are mosquitoes. staff are helpful and friendly. I walked for 20min from India Migration Office to hotel. and can walk to bus station for 6min.
Rooms are spacious but no power back up 24hrs,yellow honeybees everywhere on the property and mosquitos,insects in the toilet seats ac room Rs 1000 per room,non ac 600,ac 1400 with extra space,receptionist unmannered and unprofessional,untrained,definitely not worth the money!

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean. The rate was relatively cheaper. There were Ac as well as non AC rooms. I visited with my family and even my kids were satisfied. By far better than the the rest of the hotels. It was overall a good stay
