The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Do not believe auto rickshaw vala from station. Mathura temples are at a walkable distance from hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They gave us early checkout without any additional cost. Rooms are neat and clean too.
The most horrible experience ever, we had plan for staying in Mathura for 11day, the moment we checked in literally nothing was working. We had 3 rooms booked, we ran away the first day itself. Don't look at the good reviews, those are all fake profile.
