We ordered veg Thali. We didn't have such experience in Shimoga. Got 2 normal chapathis(not bad) rice (not bad) but curries were . Payasam also . My friends told about shubham, it's very good restaurant.but we didn't find it even good. One more -ve about this restaurant was there was no lift, as we went with older people. They had to climb the stairs and got unsatisfied food.

There is no word to express the taste of food what we ate here . We ordered stuffed parota and veg biryani...I never expected how yummy it was .. loved the food ,loved the service ,so kind waiters and arranged tables all was good ..it's suitable for all kind of people, for party dining everything. Price wise also it's inexpensive. I liked the serving pots and plates . It was a gud experience
No one ll take order.. u ll just keep sitting.. u have to call waiter minimum 5 times .. after that someone ll come.. they don't know anything about simple south indan food.. forget food.. simple ghee roast.. they don't know what it is.. better to avoid.....
When you travel, one thing that you need is good food, We happen to reach this place on way back to bangalore and i must say its a Very good restaurant. Good people, good food, good service, good ambience. All in all its must go.
Ambience is good. Service is very late and response is worst even for simple orders. Overcharged on mrp items(27rs for 1ltr water). Food taste is good. Some items are in the menu but not available for service.
Our previous experience had been excellent with Shubham.. However when we visited this time after 3 years, food quality, ambience and cleanliness all have taken big toll. I assume it could be due to business volume, quantity increases and quality reduces. This time even hot water glasses were dirty. I did tell the counter guy in the front before leaving to improve the quality.
Good veg restaurant at Shivamogga city ... Have South and North Indian options.. limited parking space.. usually crowded during lunch and dinner time..

Really just say woww!!! Good, hygiene nicefood. Unlimited rice, 1can ask curry, curd rice 2 to 3 Times. Really worth for wat u pay Ultimate choice for afternoon lunch
