I attended my cousin's reception in this hotel, their service is very bad, the one who was recommended to give starters will not check the guests and won't serve as the guest arrives. The counter also got closed before the dinner has started. So I gave 3* for service. But food taste, ambience is very good. I would recommend this hotel for functions but we should be there with service people to be on their toes.

We had a family gathering for about 20 ppl. and i should say they had.... Great place Great Service Great quality Great food Great Taste Just be specific about what you need and how you need. Kids fun games section is the good idea, leave ur kids and have 15min of ur time peaceful time.

We went there for a family dinner. Food was delicious. Play area for kids really good and helps keep kids busy until the order is served. Service is excellent. Worth going

Yesterday I visited the hotel I had an extremely negative experience due to the unresponsive staff, poor customer service, and the apparent lack of knowledge and understanding of our language by the predominantly Bihar-origin staff. Additionally, I felt a lack of respect from the hotel staff. Despite multiple visits to the hotel, I continue to encounter the same recurring issues. it will be better if check yours self

Today we had lunch in shubham palace. But food was very tasty & good service friendly staff; Captain Madhu is very responding our table& she is impressed us. Worst just one word or if i can say below worst MR.Rajesh thanks for the worst hospitality He is not fit for the job role, he is doing first thing Secondly he is not serious about the customer service Further more he is not ready to listen or solve anything Above all we lost sleep for more than 2 hours for a stupid issue. How can we refer this hotel to anyone else?? After seeing all this. We booked a room online in advance for our guest, on the same day there was a marriage going on in the hotel and the dj was on which was very disturbing. Upon requesting several times we wer not given a diff room nor the dj was off until midnight 12. our guests had to suffer from the loud noise so we called the manager Despite of complaining to manager MR.RAJESH multiple times over phone there was no solution from him instead of solving our problem he started shouting on us without even listening to us. Our guests who occupied the room tried to speak to him directly still issue was not resolved We stay away from hotel so contacted the manager over phone he wasn't ready to solve the issue or listen We asked for the stay extension next day manager was not ready to offer anything as such I think if we book rooms we should have a party there in the same hall else we will not have priority and getting proper rest is very difficult. In simple words manager / management SUCKS We wer offered a free meal, what does that mean? Please send us a refund or. Complain number . When we asked for stay extension Manager said there wer no rooms available and all the rooms wer booked ao we had to checkout on time later after writing the review manager cLled and offered us a free of cost room All of a sudden how was the room available? WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESOLUTION PROVIDED BY THE MANAGER Manager ASKED US TO REMOVE THE REVIEW, he said not to blame him. When we asked for room stay extension he tried to disconnect the call and wasn't READY TO LISTEN to us. The hotel will lose the reputation because of staff like this When we asked for room stay extension FOR THE next day manager wasnt willing to provide anything as such he said rooms wer not available because there wer other functions So now what should i answer my guest about the service provided by the hotel management. He said since u booked online we cant compensate anything for u even though u suffered lot of disturbance from us. When we said we have call recordings he said "dont blackmail me" what non scene is this? Is this how an employee is hired? Manager said 'remove the review ill provide u a room for free of cost' WhT the hell is ths?? He was on call with us on a argument for more than an hour. Upon all these manager lied that dj was stopped but it wasnt, we have all the proff We lost sleep and our guest lost sleep from 10 to 12pm and our time got wasted After written the review manager MR.RAJESH called us and shouted for mentioning his name. Management couldn't understand a simple issue we asked for room stay extension they offered free breakfast we will be checking out room at 6 am and they offered free food at 9am lol we wont be in that area how will we eat the free breakfast that they offered Manager Rajesh thanks for not understanding the issue not resolving THE ISSUE AND not responding to our calLS. He was least bothered about the issue he offered us puri for breakfast where we wont stay in the hotel post 6am Other thing is our guest had dinner and for payment of that bill we got 5 calls literally we wer nor given a sec also to make the transaction what the hell are we running away? It has a bar & restaurant , family restaurant, family restaurant and banquet hall. It looks like a place with awesome maintenance and is fully covered with a/c. Educated staff and they will guide you in a polite way. Tasty food and the ambiance is classic and in very decent look. Not much crowd disturbance. Prawns statter was tasty and looks good. Recommended place to chillout and hangout.
