Hotel Shubham Majesty - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Hotel is Fine. Room Service Poor. Specially the Restaurant part. It's so slow that it took them about 2 hours to provide us breakfast ordered. Lots of improvement needed.

Location is near Main Banke Bihari Temple on walking distance, rooms are not at par as price , restaurant food is good and value for money , book online otherwise rooms are not vacant

Room service is very poor, hotel Resturent staff behaviour is irrelevant & misbehaved. rules for all customers are not same I can't suggest any one to stay here . If there is any option I will give them -10 rating .

The only plus is Location everything else is worst. Guys sitting at reception are very rude and doesn't know how to behave/talk to their customers. Stay away from this hotel if you have any option. we were offered miserable room.bathrooms dirty, room congested and no service.

Water in bathroom was dirty and very bad smell was coming out of it. Seems sofas were not cleaned for long time. Dustbin in room was very dirty and there was no dustbin bag. TV and Hot water Kettle was not working at all. There was garbage in parking area. Nobody comes in next day for room cleaning and garbage pick up. It was done only in night after requesting three times and washroom was not cleaned even then. Bedsheets quilt cover was ok but not so clean as stains were clearly visible. Broken electrical plug was provided leading to risk of electrical shock especially with children. Food was also not good in taste Very costly as compared to services, cleanliness and Hygiene being provided. I don't think anyone would like to stay here again unless he has no other choice. Only positive side is its location and parking area. Think ten times before booking stay here.

Undervalued Hotel. Best place to stay to reach Bankey Bihari with walking distance

Loved it! Steps from Loi Bazaar, and only about a 5-10 minute walk to must-see temples. My wife was very happy to be so close to all of the shopping. We stayed for over a week. In terms of food, we loved the proximity to Nathu's Sweets right next door and ate there almost every night. The food was amazing. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food too--we ate there the first two nights. There were shops/vendors selling snacks across from the hotel as well, if you need a late-night snack. Service overall was outstanding: the room was bright and clean, and we also loved the Neem Karoli Baba connection. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in Vrindavan. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay absolutely perfect. Haribol!

Great location ...but need to work on room maintaince ...wet floor in one room , 2nd room flush not working... dental kit not provided ...
