Hotel room is good. Service is good. There's attached restaurant which serves good food. Got the room for 3.2k per night. Autos or cabs can't reach directly. You must get into an electric vehicle to reach. Near to few main temples. Overall good experience in the area.
Very bad experience. These people need to renovate their hotel as it has many servicing problems too. There is no hygiene and service from their side. All tap has leakage issue and bathroom is very dirty. No one should book hotel here. It's just waste of money.
I gave my time to write this review just bcz ppl donot waste there hard earned money on this hotel look for 1.orchid , 2.vrindavan Anandam , 3.Krishnan hotel 1. Misbehaved with us because we asked for a another room ( said cancel krdo aap apni booking ) 2. Rooms are bad Af itna bura Hai, that u would prefer living in some ashram . 3. Washroom (i cant express it here . cannot even imagine how bad it could be ) 4. Receptionist and the working staff guys doesn't even know how to talk Once the key was stuck no one came we figures out by ourselves.

Although the people over there very friendly but rooms were disgusting, these hotels are running just because it's location and overcrowding hotels. Had a bad experience there but no complaints for service received.
Rooms need paint work and room keys doesn't work at all for anything. But if you visit vrindhavan for darshan purpose only the rooms will not disappoint.
Rooms weren't well maintained, bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, there was water every where in the washroom(water leakage), earlier promised an extra bedding but at the moment we were told that no extra bedding can be provided, there was no house keeping and food was not at all good. Overall the room wasn't value for money.
No facility available....ac is not working...staff is not good and there behaviour is soo bad....all things r dirty....money is all waste ...
