Hotel Shubh Laxmi - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Shubh Laxmi. I booked a room for two days and the experience was nothing short of appalling. First and foremost, the bathroom facilities were in a deplorable state. The plumbing was malfunctioning, causing inconveniences and discomfort throughout my stay. This is a basic expectation that any guest should have when booking accommodation. Moreover, the level of service provided was abysmal. Staff responsiveness was incredibly slow, and my concerns regarding the bathroom issues were not addressed promptly. It is disheartening to note that the service quality did not meet even the most basic standards. I feel compelled to highlight that I have wasted my hard-earned money on an unsatisfactory experience. The lack of proper amenities and the poor service reflect poorly on the reputation of your establishment.

Horrible service...!! They sold me AC room Rs.2000 for 1 night but AC was not working whole night!! I called reception 4 times but no action. Finally I asked to charge me for non AC room then but they refused. Worst service ever!! Never go to this place.

Hospitality is totally ridiculous, washroom pots are totally uncleaned,staff behaviour is not much helpful,service is not nice cleaning quality is at very cheap level, I will never ever suggest this hotel to anyone,since 1hr we are waiting for the washroom to get clean.

We stayed here for 3 days & 2 nights for our udaipur visit. We booked 3 person bedroom for Rs1200/day. Our room number was 103 1. Room size was okay, not big nor to small, good in budget - 4 star 2. Cleanliness in room & bathroom was also bit average, not something like you will hate but its okay in the given budget - 3.5 star 3. They have good centralised high pressure flow hot water facility, most loved thing in winters - 5 stars 4. Room has window AC as well, not used in winters but seems decent - 4 stars 5. They have good breakfsst menu as well, a good tea is for Rs. 20 , poha/aloo parantha was also awesome in Rs.40, in the price budget, it deserves 5 stars for this. 6. The worst thing here is there service, they dont pick the call nor they provide axequate bathing kit properly, towels not provided until asked. The care taker person was only the biggest headache, they didnt bring water on time, one has to call many times, also if someone needs bedsheets or blanket, he has to call them again & again. He also annoy you for little little things, like pushing for selling breakfast / asking again & again for tips and work zero, he even didnt took our luggage when we came in nor took our luggage out when we were checking out. Overall rating - 3.5 stars You may search for other hotels in this budget if they are more committed for their services. Otherwise its a budget hotel in peak winter season which is giving worth for money and is rated 4 out of 5 according to money they are charging. Happy holidays. Give a like if this helps you.
