Amazing property with very good facilities..The ambience of the place is pleasant. Everything about the hotel was perfect especially the room service. Warm & hospitable staff. I stayed for 2 days on an official trip. Comprehensive corporate discount was offered by Mr. Arshad sales head. The stay turned out to be one of the most memorable ones. Staff was highly skilled and courteous. USP of hotel is the location and above that is their breakfast spread, fresh out of kitchen and superly tasty. 10/10 to the chef and kitchen support staff.
A good approach to pavement is needed. It's difficult to reach the hotel after parking the car in the rainy season. The banquet hall was good . Food was also nice. It's good to arrange a meeting,party or seminar.
Honest review of deluxe room!! I had conversations with Mrs Aashi after confirmation of the booking three hours before arrival. First and foremost is that the room looks nowhere similar to the photos. So please dont get fooled by the photos. Beware!! 1. The parking space is open and street participants wise. The vehicle is not safe as there is nobody in the open parking space allotted by hotel. So park at your risk. 2. The hot water has an issue. We need to discard 2 bucks of normal water before the wam water ( not hot) is received. 3. The shower cap was faulty and water was dripping from it. 4. The bathroom wall is broken and open. ( photos attached). 5. The bed makes lots of noises while you lay down. Its very low quality standards. 6. The towels are dirty. I have also attached photos and video for reference.
Rooms are well furnished though vintage. Food was good. Staff is very responsive and courteous. Manager Mr Jaiswal is very accommodative. Overall a good stay.
